Regular Processing of Custom Orders typically takes 7-14 business days (after art approval or print as-is submissions) for Production. If your order requires RUSH Processing (need it before our normal processing) YOU WILL NEED A RUSH ORDER, please make sure you indicate that and also add the rush order payment to your order. Rush Production and Expedited Shipping are not the same things. If you only select express shipping & do not add rush order to your order, the processing is still 7-14 business days normal processing time. You MUST request rush order processing if you need your order RUSHED. The rush order charge is only good for the day the invoice is emailed. Anything after 5 pm (same day invoice is made) will be considered the next day, which will increase by an extra $10 the first day, and increase by $10 a day until the invoice is paid if the customer still needs the rush order due to it shorting the time frame as each day goes on.

Image Editing: Please Note that what you send is what will be printed. The only edit that TM Custom Kreations will do to your image(s) is remove the background if the image calls for that or add it to a clipping mask. In most cases, if we have to make any edits to your file/image, there will be an additional fee starting at $15+ (based on the complexity of the design, the price can increase). We will contact you if this is necessary. Please note that this fee must be paid before production on your item is completed. Additionally, when placing your order online, TM Custom Kreations LLC or yourself may not be aware in advance if any editing will be required for your file/image. Also, the customer is aware of the images that are submitted and states that they have the right to use the image. TM Custom Kreations DO NOT own any images submitted.

Format Images Accepted JPEG, PNG, SVG, or PDF files in high quality. It is best to send a High-Resolution PNG file. Please DO NOT CROP OR EDIT with a filter before sending. The following photos are NOT ACCEPTED: Cropped, photo of a photo, filtered, saved photo from social media, screenshots are not permitted. TM Custom Kreations WILL NOT BE HELD responsible for poor quality and low-resolution image submissions.

Please upload 2 photos of the Individual, couple, group, etc. that you would like to be considered: 2 images of the Individual, couple, group, etc. to be included in the design. If you select a design that includes 1 image for the design we will choose the best quality photo sent both images WILL NOT be used UNLESS the design you chose requires more then 1 photo of the Individual, couple, group, etc.(ex.125-Grad Design includes 2 Grad Photos, 1 Mascot Photo), you may submit 2 images of the Individual, couple, group, etc. without incurring additional charges. Any additional images beyond the stated requirement will be subject to an additional fee of $3 PER PHOTO. Once design is completed with uploaded photos, there will be an additional fee of $5 PER PHOTO to change to a different photo after approval has been made.

A Mockup will be sent within 3-5 business days of purchase. Once the mockup is received, you will have 1 business day to approve or request edits to the design. You will be allowed 2 edits after the mockup is received. Please check all spelling and photo placements before approving the design.

We love to share our personalized products with others and would really appreciate your permission to share your order or the making of the finished order on social media (Website, Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram, Etsy, etc)

• Colors may vary: Please be aware that the colors of your printed product may differ from what you see on your screen. We cannot guarantee an exact color match due to variations in monitor settings and the printing process. We do our best to reproduce the colors as accurately as possible.

• Spelling accuracy: You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all text, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation, on your custom design before submitting your order. We will not be responsible for any errors in the text after you approve it. Your design will be printed exactly as you submitted and approved.

• Graphic quality: We recommend submitting images with a resolution of 300 dpi or higher for optimal print quality. If you choose to submit a lower-resolution image (below 300 dpi), you understand that the printed result may not be as clear or sharp as desired. NO WATERMARKS OR SCREENSHOTS -This file should be 100% clean and clear of any watermarks. Please do not send us screenshots or use your phone to take a picture of images. We won't be responsible for any issues that come from the use of low-resolution graphics and will print your design as-is.

• Sublimation process imperfections: Although we use the highest quality sublimation printing process, please note that imperfections may occur in the arm, shoulder, and collar areas of your printed product, not limited to other areas also. These imperfections are a natural result of the printing process and are not considered defects. Please note that due to the nature of the sublimation process, certain areas of some items may not feature any part of the design. This can include areas such as handle areas or the mouth drinking area on certain products. While we strive to ensure the highest quality and coverage of your chosen design, variations in printing and product shape may result in these limitations. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out to us with any questions or concerns regarding design placement. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge and accept that such imperfections may be present in your final product.

• Fonts: Please be advised that while we offer a wide selection of fonts for your personalized designs, some fonts may require purchasing licenses for commercial use(if a certain particular font is requested). In such cases, the customer is responsible for acquiring the necessary font license(s) for their design. We will make every effort to accommodate your font preferences and obtain the exact font you desire for your design. However, if a specific font cannot be obtained or licensed, we will work closely with you to find suitable alternatives. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring compliance with font licensing regulations.
