Refund policy

DISCLAIMER OUR ITEMS ARE HANDMADE: SMALL IMPERFECTIONS, WAVES, ROUGH SPOTS, LINE CREASES, COLOR MIXING, AND SMUDGES ARE ALL CONSIDERED NORMAL DEFECTS & MIGHT BE PRESENT ON YOUR ITEM.

Due to all orders being custom-made, we DO NOT accept RETURNS, REFUNDS or CANCELLATIONS. 

If your order has not been started yet and you would like to add/change anything from your order you may do so by sending an email to contact@tmcustomkreations.com. 

We can offer a credit for future events ONLY. Credits will also only be VALID for one year from the original purchase date. 

Please be sure to include the order number.

Please DO NOT RETURN any items to us unauthorized YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED for the current items along with the shipping.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS: 

We made a mistake on the spelling of the name, colors, wrong image ETC after the rough draft was approved (PLEASE MAKE SURE TO REVIEW YOUR ROUGH DRAFT WHEN YOU RECEIVE IT (SOME ITEMS ROUGH DRAFTS WILL NOT BE SENT) 

Shipping issues need pictures of the damaged PACKAGE, & PHYSICAL DAMAGED PRODUCT ITEM. You will need all those things emailed to us to make a CLAIM TO THE COURIER. TM Custom Kreations isn't responsible for damaged products during shipping. So please inspect your items for shipping damages as soon as you receive them.
