We made a mistake on the spelling of the name, colors, wrong image ETC after the rough draft was approved (PLEASE MAKE SURE TO REVIEW YOUR ROUGH DRAFT WHEN YOU RECEIVE IT (SOME ITEMS ROUGH DRAFTS WILL NOT BE SENT) Shipping issues need pictures of the damaged PACKAGE, & PHYSICAL DAMAGED PRODUCT ITEM. You will need all those things emailed to us to make a CLAIM TO THE COURIER. TM Custom Kreations isn't responsible for damaged products during shipping. So please inspect your items for shipping damages as soon as you receive them.
Ownership of packages turned over to USPS, UPS, or FedEx transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for misdelivery errors via carrier or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS. INSURANCE is available to add to any order if you so choose. We will try to make reasonable accommodations to reprint your item(s) at a discounted rate (up to 50% depending on the item), but we will not ship out a replacement until the replacement fee has been paid.

All orders are processed within 7 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email (separate from processing time). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We also offer local delivery no more then a 10mile radius of the above address, at an additional cost of $20.00 for any order that needs a delivery in the 10 mile radius.
Deliveries are made on certain days after 1pm on Monday-Sunday. We will contact you via text message/email with the phone number/email you provided at checkout to arrange for local delivery. Certain days could possibly be before 1pm but their is no guarantee, again we will make arrangements once order is completed via text/email.

In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 2911 S. 99th Phoenix, AZ 85353 (McDonalds Parking Lot). After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 7 to 14 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions to arrange for pickup.

International Shipping

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to X days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

YOU WILL NEED ALL THOSE THINGS TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE COURIER SO PLEASE AS SOON AS YOU RECEIVE YOUR ITEMS INSPECT THEM FOR SHIPPING DAMAGES & EMAIL US WITH THE STUFF LISTED ABOVE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS THAT GET DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING, THIS WILL NEED TO BE HANDLED WITH THE COURIER. A CLAIM NEEDS TO BE FILED WITH THE SHIPPING COURIER.
