Two Ways to Sublimate Your Glass Can:

  1. Tumbler Heat Press Machine Recommended time is 6 minutes, recommended temperature is 356 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Oven 356 degrees for 6 minutes turning every 3 minutes (these are our recommended heating times they may vary with your machine). YOU MUST DO YOUR TEST RUNS/SETTINGS TO SEE WHAT WORKS FOR YOUR MACHINE
 

Steps to Sublimate a Beer Glass C:

  • Remove the plastic insert lid and straw.
  • Design your image and print it out on sublimation paper with a sublimation ink printer. 
  • Tape imaged sublimation paper onto a tumbler.
  • Repeat the above steps for each item to include in the production run.
  • Set the convection oven at 20oz heat setting 356 degrees for 6 minutes turning every 3 minutes (these are our recommended heating times they may vary with your machine). It's imperative YOU DO YOUR OWN TEST RUNS/SETTINGS TO SEE WHAT WORKS FOR YOUR MACHINE
  • Ensure the convection oven has reached temperature, and place the tumblers in the preheated oven.
  • Close Convection oven
  • Use gloves or heat-resistant cloth to handle the hot tumbler
  • Once the curing is done, open the convection oven, and take the beer glass out of the oven.

Sublimation printing:

  • Use an oven at 356° F for 6 minutes.
  • Don't use large pressure if using a heat press. It is better to use less pressure at 356° F and for 60 seconds

Adding Glitter or Oil:

Pour glitter or oil through the hole at the bottom after sublimation. Add glitter first and then mix VG/distilled water or anything you want to DIY. Use UV resin to seal the hole and then use UV light for 2 min.
 
WARNING: Do not pour anything into the cup before the sublimation process. Avoid extreme heat such as leaving it in a car or near any high temperature after being sealed. Do not exceed liquids with temperatures greater than 140° F

Shipping issues need pictures of the damaged PACKAGE, & PHYSICAL DAMAGED PRODUCT ITEM. You will need all those things emailed to us to make a CLAIM TO THE COURIER. TM Custom Kreations isn’t responsible for damaged products during shipping. So please inspect your items for shipping damages as soon as you receive them.

Please Note that what you send is what will be printed. The only edit that TM Custom Kreations will do to your image(s) is remove the background if the image calls for that or add it to a clipping mask.

In most cases, if we have to make any edits to your file/image, there will be an additional fee starting at $15+ (based on the complexity of the design, the price can increase). We will contact you if this is necessary. Please note that this fee must be paid before production on your item is completed. Additionally, when placing your order online, TM Custom Kreations LLC or yourself may not be aware in advance if any editing will be required for your file/image.

Also, the customer is aware of the images that are submitted and states that they have the right to use the image. TM Custom Kreations DO NOT own any images submitted.

Format Images Accepted high-quality JPEG, PNG, SVG, or PDF files. It is best to send a High-Resolution PNG file. Please DO NOT CROP OR EDIT with a filter before sending. The following photos are NOT ACCEPTED: Cropped, photo of a photo, filtered, saved photo from social media, screenshots are not permitted. TM Custom Kreations WILL NOT be responsible for poor quality and low-resolution image submissions.

Turnaround Time, Proofs, & Revisions

All orders are processed through our kiosk system, which prioritizes them based on the time of payment. This ensures fairness for every customer by following a first-come-first-served approach. If you require your order to be expedited beyond our standard processing times, you have the option to pay an Additional Rush Order Fee ($25+ based on number of items price could increase). This will allow you to receive your order within the desired timeframe.

Processing time for items vary. Processing times are about 7 – 14 days (certain items, depending on the design NOT INCLUDING shipping (could be sooner in most cases but no guarantee). If you need it sooner than our process time rush orders are available for a fee (PLEASE INDICATE WHEN ORDERDING).

When proof is sent please inspect the image for any colors, text, correct spelling, design etc. There is a 2 edit minimum for each design. Once approval is given to TM Custom Kreations and production starts on the item the customer will be responsible for any corrections there will be a $15 fee to edit & fix.

Shipping

📦Once packages are transferred to USPS, UPS, or FEDEX, ownership transfers to the buyer. TM Custom Kreations are NOT RESPONSIBLE for shipping issues (delays, wrong delivery, lost packages, etc.)
